Most school software is built for the largest institutions — heavy with compliance machinery and priced for six-figure budgets. Pointed at an independent private school, it’s expensive, over-built, and blind to how fees are actually collected.
We took the opposite starting point. Qalamaly fits a single school today and a chain of campuses tomorrow — with a fee engine that speaks cash, bank transfer and challan, and an experience that feels like software from this decade.
We stay deliberately focused. We don’t chase heavyweight compliance reporting or bolt on a full LMS. We do the school day — students, attendance, exams, fees, staff and communication — exceptionally well, and let an AI copilot take the busywork out of it.
